Data processing agreement

This agreement supplements the terms of service for enterprise customers and covers the processing of personal data.

1. Scope

OpenLux processes account data and call metadata only on your instructions and only to provide, maintain and bill the service.

Encryption in transit, access control, audit logging and least-privilege access are applied to protect data.

Where upstream model providers are involved, contractual and technical controls restrict their use of data.

We notify you promptly of any data subject request relating to your data and assist you in responding.
